Seeking: Java developer, PHP web application developer/designer, graphics designer.

The systems being developed are 2:
1. A widget that will be launched from employer and retailer websites, and that enables the presentation of electronic receipts from a retailer’s website, and the printing or emailing of that data by the widget user; and
2. A payment application that is a stored value consumer payment application. The application will receive a request for payment, determine eligibility for payment, and charge a user’s bankcard or checking account.

The widget:

The widget is structured as a small consumer portal.

Infrastructure: PHP, MySQL, CentOS Linux, Java Script, (possible Ajax), limited Java (can be performed by us)

Functions: account registration, login, email confirmation, bankcard registration, web services interface to collect transaction data from remote data source, automated provisioning by retailer and other partners (creation of a business partner account and deployment of the widget).

UI features: light box, accordion data presentation and forms, white label (show’s third-party brands e.g. for each retailer)

Project stage: New application. Some design is completed.

Requirements: completion of design, HTML, and all application coding, including db implementation.

Timeline: ASAP

The Payment Application:

The Payment application is a combination of:
1. A health care claims transaction handler (a third-party Java application)
2. A claims adjudication and verification system (JBoss/MySQL)
3. A membership database (MySQL)
4. A payment application (a third-party Java application)
5. A stored-value account management system (JBoss)
6. User interface (HTML, Apache/Tomcat, PHP)

Infrastructure: Java, JBoss, PHP, MySQL, CentOS Linux, third-party application integration

Functions: account registration (multiple user types), login, email messaging for notifications, bankcard registration, transaction processing (validation and bankcard authorization), stored value account management database, general ledger for account balance and transaction integrity, Limited-functionality user interfaces for customer service and health care providers.

Project stage: Application designed, specified, transaction framework developed, third-party applications defined. Application development is 70% complete.

Requirements: User interface design and development, complete application coding for transaction system, implement databases for membership, transaction records and General Ledger, implement interface with payment application.
